The Offices of the New York State Attorney General, Governor, and Education Department issued a memo on safeguarding immigrant students' rights. It reaffirms schools as safe havens and provides resources on state and federal obligations. The guidance covers enrollment, student records, law enforcement actions, bullying, and family detention or deportation.

The Office of Bilingual Education and World Languages (OBEWL) published An Administrator’s Guide for Supporting the Implementation of the Co-Teaching Instructional Model Within Integrated ENL Settings. Developed with the Regional Bilingual Education Resource Network (RBERN), this guide is a key resource for school and district leaders to enhance co-teaching practices.
